The M2M Workbook is where the rubber hits the road! This is where 2 cultures/genders become 1. The M2M Workbook is the practical application of what you have learned from the M2M reading. The M2M Workbook is an excellent tool for holding each other accountable on a week-to-week basis. The M2M Workbook has new material not found in the M2M book. Each week, there will be specific homework questions (Soul Work) for each of you, and you will discuss them in your weekly face-to-face time.  In the M2M Workbook, you will find the full M2M rules of engagement, M2M Couple Contract and additional cultural considerations. These exercises will help to set up healthy expectations and a commitment to the M2M process.
